About mE
My name is Dorian Levy and I am a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. I have always been fascinated by the human body and the ways in which exercise and nutrition can positively impact one’s health and well-being. I received my NCCA certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have since gained experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Whether someone is looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve their athletic performance, or simply lead a healthier lifestyle, I am dedicated to creating personalized workout plans that cater to their specific needs and goals. I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, which includes not only physical exercise but also proper nutrition, stress management, and mental well-being. I am committed to educating my clients on the importance of a balanced lifestyle and providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed. In addition to my work as a personal trainer, I am also a licensed nutritionist and understand the dedication and hard work it takes to achieve fitness goals.
